Our firm produces only shelled pinenuts of Italian origin.
We can assure the origin because the raw material (pine cones)
that is the base of our working system is picked up only in
Italy in specific and traceable areas.
From May 2000 some of these pine woods obtained the acknowledgement
for organic agricolture, this fact give as the means to produce
Organic Pinenuts, together with our 15 years tested working
system keeping to the ECC Reg. 2092/91.
The care for the method and the respect for the roules in
force for safety and hygienic matters are the base of the
excellent quality that distinguish our products, both organically
and traditionally produced, this method is also overcontrolled
step by step by the HACCP system.
Our standard wrappings are:
- 25 kg bags;
- 20 kg boxes;
- 12,5 kg boxes.
We are also willing to value different kind of packaging for
detailed requests.
